Sacred Arts Group is a platform that connects independent Christian artists with faith communities across the United States. We facilitate artist discovery, portfolio showcasing, and donation processing.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Artist Submissions

Artists who submit work to the Platform agree that:

• They own or have rights to all submitted content
• Their work does not infringe on any third-party rights
• They grant Sacred Arts Group a non-exclusive license to display their work on the Platform
• They may remove their work at any time by deleting their profile

5. Donations and Payments

Donations made through the Platform are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe). Sacred Arts Group:

• Does not store credit card information
• Is not responsible for payment processing errors by third parties
• May retain a small percentage of donations for platform maintenance

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, logos, and content (excluding user-submitted artwork) are owned by Sacred Arts Group. Artists retain full ownership of their submitted artwork.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sacred Arts Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
